homemade sugar scrub

2 tbsp. brown sugar 2 tbsp. ground oats (i pulse for a few seconds in a blender) 1-2 tbsp. honey 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. olive oil (you can also add 1-2 tbsp. aloe vera gel) mix everything together in a small dish and take it with you in the shower. it's enough for one use, anything left over you can use on your elbows, legs or feet!
